April 2012- I recently moved into the College Terrace Apartments in Orem across the street from UVU. Its funny that when I googled for a picture it happened to be the exact apartment bldg I live in. See the big tree and the lower right branch touching my balcony? yep, this is where I live. LOL. The outdoor swimming pool is to the left of the tree and I'm way excited to swim this summer, it should be opening Memorial weekend so come visit and don't forget your bathing suit :)
I have 2 roomies, Claire & Ashley, sweetest girls you'll ever meet!

UVU Summer Semester 2012

I signed up for Summer Semester at UVU to do my prerequisites for the Culinary Arts Institute, Im really nervous but way excited to go back to school. School starts May 7 and goes til August then the Fall Semester begins. My classes this summer are:

Easter Sunday 2012

Easter was really nice this year, got to spend the morning with my daughter & grandson at the Ihop for breakfast. We had strawberry banana french toast, hash browns, eggs & bacon.
Later I had Easter dinner at my sister Carries house. We had a honey roasted ham, potato & macaroni salad, deviled egs, a relish tray, fruit tray, crouissants, & soda. The kids all hunted for Easter eggs, I had a great time.
