Ada Rae Craw Frandsen, age 87, passed away March 9, 2013 in Price, Utah. Ada was born October 6, 1925 in Minersville, Utah to Hyrum and Loneva Harris Craw. She married Bert Hyrum Frandsen on July 27, 1943 in Pioche, Nevada. Their marriage was later solemnized in the Manti Temple.Ada enjoyed spending time with family, reading and always kept her hands busy with a crochet hook and yarn. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, she enjoyed being a visiting teacher until her health no longer permitted her to serve. She also served as Relief Society President and teacher. A highlight of her life was when she and Bert served together as ordinance workers in the Manti Temple for two years.Ada is survived by her husband, of nearly 70 years, Bert Hyrum; children, Robert Douglas (Darlene) Frandsen of Price and Linda Rae (Brent) Duke of Hurricane; sister, Alta Williams of Salt Lake City; 15 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.She was preceded in death by her parents; two sons, Brent Lamond Frandsen, Garry Lee (Corazon) Frandsen; and five siblings: Delroy Craw, Donna Coleman, Nellie Hollinger, Denzel Craw, Ruby Balough and many beloved nieces and nephews.Ada has loved living on Fausett Lane for the past 18 years and thought she had the best neighbors in the whole world.Funeral services will be held Friday March 15, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. in the Price LDS South Stake Center (150 South 500 East). There will be a viewing Friday at the church from 12:30 - 1:30 p.m. prior to the services. Interment will be in the Price City Cemetery. Services are in the care of Fausett Mortuary.
